Recruitment will commence and a high level of candidate screening will be delivered to address specific skills and experience needed by the company. Only qualified candidates will be passed along to the company for interviews.
- MW Training Resource Project Managers will conduct a needs analysis on all companies identifying training as an internal need to achieve better performance and productivity.
- The Career Path Skills Development Team will work with companies to build an "internal training pipeline" within specific departments. This gives both the company and new employee a set program to move from entry-level employment into positions of advanced skills.
