An experienced ManufacturingWorks Account Executive will visit your company to identify your skilled personnel needs, speak with the Subject Matter Expert at the company and create a company profile. Recruitment will commence and a high level of candidate screening will be delivered to address specific skills and experience needed by the company. Only qualified candidates will be passed along to the company for interviews.
  2. MW Training Resource Project Managers will conduct a needs analysis on all companies identifying training as an internal need to achieve better performance and productivity.
  3. The Career Path Skills Development Team will work with companies to build an "internal training pipeline" within specific departments.  This gives both the company and new employee a set program to move from entry-level employment into positions of advanced skills.
